Causes of Pad

• If the pad surface is oily, the pad should be thoroughly cleaned before printing.

Causes of Printing Block (Cliche)

• If the cliche depth is high, a new cliché should be made with less depth.

Causes of Ink

• It may be necessary to use a two-component ink instead of a single, in which case the use of two-component ink increases adhesion.
• If the ink type is not suitable for the material, a suitable ink should be used according to the technical information card.
• If the ratio of ink to hardener is incorrect, the ink and hardener must be remixed in the correct proportions by weight.

Material Originating Causes

• If the material surface is dirty, the material surface should be pre-cleaned with alcohol.

Other Reasons

• If the material has not been pre-printed or is insufficient, the pre-treatment procedure should be checked and repeated if necessary.
• If the required curing time is not met, the parts should be left for a longer period of time before testing the print quality.
• If there is no or insufficient finishing, the use of a heat tunnel for finishing and, in some cases, a flame dryer strengthens the adhesion.
