Causes of Pad

• If the bumper shape is not suitable, different shaped bumpers should be tried.

Causes of Printing Block

• If the printing block depth is wrong, a new cliché should be prepared at the appropriate depth.
• If the tram type is wrong, a new cliché should be prepared with a different tram.
• If the cliché is placed incorrectly, it should be tried by turning the cliché so that the long lines in the design are printed at different angles.

Reasons Caused by Ink

• If the ink-additive ratios are not suitable, the ink mixture must be prepared in the correct proportions before it is put into the ink tank.
• If the ink is thin, the amount of thinner added to the ink should be reduced.
• If the ink is too thick, the amount of thinner added to the ink should be increased.

Reasons Based on Material

• If the material surface is unformed, a buffer of the appropriate type should be used.

Other Causes

• If the scraper blade is too soft on machines with an open ink tank, a suitable scraper blade and ink reservoir should be used.
