Causes of Pad

• If the pads are not of equal shape and hardness, the same shaped and hard pad should be used for each color to prevent color shift.
• If the bumpers are placed incorrectly, the positions of the bumpers should be checked and corrected.

Causes of Printing Block

• If the images in the clichés are not like the original, the design should be recreated and the clichés should be renewed.

Causes of Ink

• In case of more than one image of an image, the fluidity of the ink should be checked and regulated.

Material-Related Causes

• As with plastic bottle printing, a holding apparatus that provides better support should be used in case the printing breaks down.

Other Reasons

• If the working mechanism is not durable, a new mechanism should be prepared.
• If the conveyor, shuttle or rotary table does not move correctly, the feeder units should be checked and more sensitive units should be used if necessary.
• If the assembly is improperly connected, it should be checked and corrected.
